Supporting External Supervisors

If your external supervisor is experiencing difficulties in accessing your work or being able to complete the required sign-offs complete the following steps:

  1. Make sure that the asset in question is shared with the correct assignment in the correct workspace and has been accepted. Follow the steps: Sharing with ATLAS (Workspaces) 

  2. Make sure your supervisor follows the below steps to access your work:
    1. Click the link below, log in to PebblePad with a guest account, using their email as the username. https://v3.pebblepad.com.au/login/csu/ (If you need to, you can change your password via the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the log in page.) 

    1. Click the ATLAS Workspace Title (Subject Name).

    1. Choose the assignment from the dropdown list (if multiple available) and click ‘Apply’.
    2. Check the Student Name.
    3. Click the Submission Name to open.

    4. Consult the student for ‘fields’ you are required to complete.

  1. If you are still having issues, contact your subject co-ordinator. Please provide information and screenshots about where specifically you or the supervisor are having issues with this process.
